Pre-Order Policy

Custom Cakes

  • Simple Designs - 3-5 Business Days Advance Order

  • Complex Design (fondant design, edible images, etc)- 5-10 Business Days in Advance Order

  • Exceptions are possible depending on the design, please contact us for more information.

  • Rushed/Last Minute Orders (1-4) Business Days required Full Payment Upfront. All other orders require a 50% downpayment.

Custom Cupcakes (Regular, Jumbo, and Mini)

  • Simple Design; 2-3 Business Days Advance Order

  • Complex Design (fondant design, edible image, etc) - 3-5 Business Days in Advance Order

  • Exceptions are possible depending on the design, please contact us for more information.

  • Rushed/Last Minute Orders (1-4) Business Days required Full Payment Upfront. All other orders require a 50% downpayment.

Signature and Speciality Cupcake Pre-Orders

  • Large Orders 3+ (36 or more) Dozen - 1 Business Day in Advance Order

  • Orders of 2 dozen or less can be pre-ordered without any Advance Order

  • Orders require a 50% downpayment.


cancellation and return policy

Cancellation

  • Custom Cakes or Custom Cupcakes

    • 100% refunds will only be provided if the order is canceled 96 hours (4 days) before the scheduled pick-up date.

    • No other refunds will be provided after the minimum cancellation period.

  • Signature / Speciality Cupcake Pre-Orders

    • 100% refunds will only be provided if the order is canceled 48 hours (2 days) before the scheduled pick-up date - Cupcakes Orders that are 3 dozen (36) or more.

    • 100% refunds will be provided if the order is canceled 24 hours (1 day) before the scheduled pick-up date. - Cupcakes Orders that are 2 dozen (24) or less.

    • No other refunds will be provided after the minimum cancellation period.

Return Policy

  • No returns are accepted. Once the customer has accepted the order and picked up the order, no returns are allowed. Any damages to the order due to incorrect delivery and handling are no longer the store’s responsibility once the order has been picked up.


Handling and STorage

Handling

  • Hold the box from the bottom when transporting the items from one place to another. Holding the box from the side or from the top may result in damaging the items.

  • When transporting the order via a vehicle, place the item in front of the seats and NOT on the seat. The order may be placed in the back of the trunk if it is tightly packed in order to prevent it from moving.

Storage

  • Must store in a ~72 F degree temperature at all times and away from the sun.

  • To maintain freshness for an extra 2-3 days, keep items in a sealed box and in the fridge.
